SKYLINE HOUSE - Facilities

Bicycle Room -  Each building has a bicycle room, with an exterior exit for the convenience of bikers, to avoid the hassles of getting your bike from your unit to the exterior of the building.

Billiard Rooms - Skyline House has two billiard rooms, one located on each penthouse, each containing two regulation size pool tables.

Card Room - Our West Tower penthouse has one card room. It is also used for association meetings.

Cox Cable* - Digital cable provider to Skyline House.

Exercise Room  -- Steam Room  -- Exercise Machines -- Dry Sauna    

Front Desk - Staffed 24 hours a day

In-Unit Maintenance - Services available to Unit Owners for a fee

Library - Free Library open to all residents on Monday Evenings

Metronets High Speed Internet* - DSL highspeed Internet provider.

Party Rooms - Used for Association functions, as well as available to residents. Rules regarding use of the Party Rooms.

Picnic Area - A nicely landscaped area surrounded by trees, located on the Garage Plaza, east of the pool deck. Bench tables are available.

Parking Garage - In door parking with secure access available to residents only.

Pool - Located on the garage plaza, it is normally open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Security

Storage Lockers - One locker is assiged to each unit. One Bedrooms units are assigned a 3' wide by 4' tall locker. All other units are assigned a 3' wide x 8' tall locker. Additional lockers are available for rent; sizes vary from 3' to 8' wide by 8' tall and 8' deep.

Sun Decks - There is one sun deck located on the penthouse level of each building. One sun deck is located on the Garage Plaza, next to the pool deck.

*Residents contract directly with the provider for the service.
